1. Reference Learning Outcome :- Produce different casting components by different metal with different moulding process and finish the casting as per requirement. (NOS:ISC/N9457)
2. Duration :- Professional Skill 175  Hrs; Professional Knowledge 30  Hrs  (for above learning out come)

TRADE THEORY (Professional Knowledge ) :- 

• • Different types of coating on mould cores.

TRADE PRACTICAL (Professional Skills  With Indicative Hours) :- Job no. & Name of the Practical

• 41. Prepare stack mould with steeped gate. (13 hrs)
• 42. Prepare snap flask mould. (12 hrs)

WEEK. NO. 14 

1. Reference Learning Outcome :- Make pattern and repair defective pattern and core boxes. (NOS:ISC/N9458 )
2. Duration :- Professional Skill 25 Hrs; Professional Knowledge 04  Hrs  (for above learning out come)

TRADE THEORY (Professional Knowledge ) :- 

• • Methods of repairing the pattern & core boxes.

TRADE PRACTICAL (Professional Skills  With Indicative Hours) :- Job no. & Name of the Practical

• 43. Prepare simple pattern. (15 hrs)
• 44. Repair wooden patterns & core boxes. (10 hrs)

1. Reference Learning Outcome :-Prepare mould with loose piece pattern and loose piece core box. (NOS:ISC/N9459)
2. Duration :- Professional Skill 25 Hrs.; Professional Knowledge 04 Hrs.(for above learning out come)
